A Stolperschwelle was laid in front of the A&O Hostel on Spaldingstraße 162 on 12. April, 2025 and an exhibition was unveiled. The event by the Stolperstein-Initiative Hamburg and the Italian Military Internees Project Group was in cooperation with the Foundation of Hamburg Memorials and Learning Centres. Read more

The Foundation of Hamburg Memorials is set to lay a New Country Memorial Plaque during the commemoration events for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the prisoners at the Neuengamme concentration camp. A large circular memorial plate list 70 countries with their current names from which prisoners at the Neuengamme concentration camp originated. Read more
