For decades, she dedicated herself with great energy and compassion to supporting survivors of the Neuengamme Concentration Camp, maintained close ties with Israel and Eastern Europe, and served as a reliable and loving mentor to countless generations of young volunteers at the Neuengamme Concentration Camp Memorial in all circumstances.
