The Neuengamme Concentration Camp Memorial is an institution of the Cultural Authority of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.

Opening hours for the exhibitions:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday, holidays:
October to March, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
April to September, 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Entry is free of charge.
The grounds are also accessible outside of the opening hours.
There´s also a possibility to lend an audio-guide for own tour pathes in english, french, dutch and danish.
